Hetauda School of Management and Social Sciences (HSM), established in 2052 B.S. is one of the most prestigious academic institutions in Nepal. HSM works with the objectives of imparting quality education to its students cultivating good discipline and values in them.
The college is located at the center of Hetauda city which is easily accessible from both the Terai and the hilly regions of Nepal. It is only four hour drive from Kathmandu, capital city of Nepal. Currently, the college has been running various academic programs such as 10+2 in Science, Management and Education faculties, Bachelor programs in Management, Education and Information Management and Master’s programs in Management, Arts and Education faculties.
The future plan of HSM is to incorporate more technical, job-oriented and practical courses at the disposal of student of this region. The beginning has been made with the introduction of Bachelor in Information Management.
The college had modest start with thirty five students in Management stream at higher secondary level. Today it has got more than 2,500 students pursuing their studies annually in over fourteen academic programs. The college now owns highly experienced faculty, advance infrastructures and technological advances, It guarantees students that they receive world class education.
“Strict discipline for quality education” is the motto of HSM. It is the great pride of HSM that students graduated from this college have occupied important and leading positions in the leading organizations and Institutions of Nepal and abroad. The college has been playing an important role enriching education sector of this region by supporting local schools and Communities. It is also involved in enhancement of economics and social sectors of this region by organizing programs such as health camp, national level sports events, International conferences etc.
